• How am I going to get billed?
  If you paid via a credit card you will be billed a fee of $2.95 for a three day trial or $24.95 per month depending on the billing plan you signed up for. Your membership will be automatically renewed unless you cancel it.
   
• How does the site access fee appear on my bill?
  Most purchases will reflect a charge by CyberJet Enterprises, Inc. Some international customers may see Epoch.com as a billing descriptor. In the latter, please visit BillingSupport.com for more information.
   
• How can I cancel my membership?

• I did not made this purchase. My credit card was stolen or used by a family member. How can I reverse the charge?
  You may do this by contacting us using the online contact form and requesting a refund. We will return your money immediately and you will see the credit on your statement within the next 7 business days.
   
• My card number has changed. How do I continue my membership?
  You may change the card number being used to bill your membership fee by contacting us with the old number being billed, and the new number you would like to replace it with. You may do this by clicking here.
